Physical Exam - Every three years from 20 to 39, Every two
years from 40 to 49 and every year after 50.
Blood Pressure
- Every year
Tuberculosis
- Every five years from 20 to 39
Blood and Urine
Tests - Every three years from 20 to 39, Every two years from
40 to 49 and every year after 50
Electrocardiogram
- Every three to five years after 50 or after 30 if at high risk for
heart attacks
Tetanus Booster
- Every 10 years
Rectal Exam
- Every year after 40
PSA Blood Test
- Every year after 50. If you are at high risk, have this exam every
year after 40
Hemoccult
- Every year after 40
Sigmoidoscopy
- Every three to four years after 50. If you're at high risk, you
should have a colonoscopy at age 40
