Gregg Phelps Named CHN's November 2023 Service Excellence Superstar!

A recent patient commended Gregg, stating, "He always has a smile, and we feel he truly is there to help us. He listens and takes care of our health issues."
One standout example of Gregg's commitment occurred when an important order for an iron infusion injection went missing. The patient reached out to Gregg, who went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved promptly. The patient shared, "We asked Gregg, and he found Christie and gave us her name. He brought it to us while we were in the waiting room. He stayed late to make sure we had the name. Christy Johnson tracked this order, found it, and called us to make sure the infusion was scheduled."
