Memorial Medical Center offers a wide range of physician-ordered and patient-requested lab tests through our convenient Lab Health Screening Program.
Whether you're managing a high-deductible insurance plan or don't have insurance coverage, our Lab Health Screening Program is a fast, affordable solution to help you take control of your healthcare costs. We’re committed to providing accurate results quickly and without the wait or high expense.
Testing is available Monday through Friday, and full payment is due at the time of service. Our team is here to ensure your lab tests are processed promptly and your results are delivered as quickly as possible.

Comprehensive Panels●Men's Health Profile / Women's Health Profile ($150): Bundled panels typically including tests like CBC, lipid panel, liver and kidney function, thyroid levels, and more—tailored to general male or female health.
●Diabetes Profile ($30): Measures blood sugar levels to detect diabetes or monitor glucose control.
Heart Healthy Screen ($75): Likely includes cholesterol levels, glucose, and other markers linked to heart disease risk.
●Liver Function ($30): Assesses liver health by measuring enzymes and proteins (e.g., ALT, AST, bilirubin).
●Thyroid Profile ($50): Evaluates thyroid gland function, often includes TSH, T3, T4.

Blood and Organ Function
●CBC (Complete Blood Count) ($15): Measures red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelets—used to detect infections, anemia, and other conditions.
●BMP (Basic Metabolic Panel) ($20): Includes glucose, calcium, electrolytes, and kidney function tests.
●CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) ($40): Includes BMP plus liver function tests.
●Urinalysis ($20): Detects signs of infection, kidney disease, or diabetes through urine sample.
●Sed Rate ($15): Measures inflammation in the body, used for diagnosing conditions like arthritis.
●Protein/Creatinine Ratio ($45): Evaluates kidney function, particularly protein leakage.
●Microalbumin/Creatinine Ratio ($45): Detects early kidney damage, especially in diabetics.
●Glucose ($5): Checks blood sugar levels.
●HgbA1C ($15): Measures average blood glucose over 2–3 months.
