CALHOUN COUNTY MEDICAL FOUNDATION
The Calhoun County Medical Foundation was created and established in January 2002 for the express purpose of soliciting funds to support the capital expense needs of the Memorial Medical Center, an acute care facility located in Port Lavaca, Texas and serving the healthcare needs of all of Calhoun County to include several adjoining counties
The Calhoun County Medical Foundation, a supporting 501(c)(3) entity, functions solely to help the hospital and associated programs provide exceptional care. The Calhoun County Medical Foundation accepts all gifts on behalf of Memorial Medical Center.
