Clinic Practice Administrator - Administration
This role is a senior leadership position responsible for daily operations and oversight of 2 Rural Health Clinics. The Clinic Practice Administrator leads all operations and aligns RHCs with hospital utilization goals. Fosters productive relationships with employed physicians and assists with recruitment and retention. Manages budget, revenue cycle, and leads growth and strategic plan.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years healthcare management experience, preferably in a Rural Health Clinic or similar setting. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (or related field). Strong knowledge of regulatory, billing, and compliance practices.
This job opening is a full-time position.
