Food Service Staff
Requirements: High School Graduate or GED certificate. Food service experience preferred. Customer service and communication skills are vital.

Brief Job Description: The Food Service Staff is responsible for floor stock duties by maintaining Par levels, documentary/accuracy, temperature records, patient tray preparation and delivery of patient trays. Sanitation and organization of food preparation, store, and restock areas throughout the hospital. Cooking Café line and patient food. Stocking organizing and utilization of all supplies with FIFO procedures in the department, on nursing floors, and all menu requests. Also, need to perform any combination of the following duties to maintain kitchen work area equipment, utensils, and all eating areas are kept clean and in orderly condition. Sweep and mop floors, wash dishes and work tables, separate and remove all linen, trash/waste/garbage from department and place in designated containers. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Working knowledge of computerized register.

Position includes 8-hour day shift, weekends and holidays.
