E.S. Aide - PRN - Environmental Services
Requirements:
High School diploma (or equivalent-GED certificate), preferred not required. Basic knowledge of healthcare cleaning and infection prevention practices.

Brief Job Description:
The Environmental Services Aide is under the supervision of the Environmental Services Shift Supervisor, performs a variety of duties to maintain the Hospital Campus, Rural Health Clinic, and Rehabilitation Clinic in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, making beds; replenishing linens and supplies; cleaning patient rooms; support areas, and corridors; and ensuring all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and infection control standards. Work is performed in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory standards as directed by the Department Director. The employee is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary environment at all times and supporting overall facility operations.

This position is expected to consistently demonstrate Memorial Medical Center's mission, vision, and values, while adhering to customer service standards in every interaction. The goal is to exceed expectations as outlined in Service Excellence - Employee Evaluation. Performs additional duties as assigned including tasks not specifically listed in this job description.
