Operator
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Bilingual preferred. Minimum of 3 years professional administrative experience with at least 6 months of hospital or medical office experience. Must posses ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy clinic environment.

Brief Job Description: The Memorial Medical Clinic Phone Operator serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their needs, answering questions, and assisting with any other patient concerns while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures. Required duties include but not limited to: providing excellent customer/patient services via phone; referring callers to the appropriate staff; making appointments for patients according to clinic protocols, and serves as a point of contact with other internal departments (nurse stations, management), all with the goal of ensuring all patients receive a positive and helpful impression. The operator promotes the use of My Care Portal to improve patient access and communication for all clinic care and services.

This position is expected to exemplify Memorial Medical Center’s mission, vision, and values, and adhere to MMC’s customer service standards in every interaction with every individual he/she encounters. The goal is to consistently exceed expectations.

Full-time | Day Shift | 8 Hour Shifts | Weekends
