Physical Therapist - Full Time
Job Overview:

Memorial Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at our small, rural hospital in Port Lavaca, Texas. This position offers a strong outpatient focus with a well-rounded clinical experience in a supportive hospital setting.

The caseload is approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient, providing the opportunity to maintain both orthopedic and acute care skill sets. We prioritize quality of care, allowing therapists to build meaningful patient relationships while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements: Physical Therapist Degree from accredited school. Current licensure in the state of Texas.

Brief Job Description: The Physical Therapist provides safe and effective patient treatments to patients based on an evaluation of the patient’s needs and status as prescribed by the Physician. Also, documents treatments provided and progress of the patient toward set goals.
