Experience: Good organizational skills. Food Service Experience required.

Brief Job Description: Responsible for floor stock duties by maintaining Par levels, documentary/accuracy, temperature records, patient tray preparation and delivery of patient trays. Sanitation and organization of food preparation, Store, and restock areas throughout the hospital. Cooking Cafe line and patient food. Stocking organizing and utilization of all supplies with FIFO procedures in the department, on nursing floors, and all menu requests. Also, need to perform any combination of the following duties to maintain kitchen work area equipment, utensils, and all eating areas are kept clean and in orderly condition. Sweep and mop floors, wash dishes and work tables, separate and remove all linen, trash/waste/garbage from department and place in designated containers. Perform other duties as assigned or requested by department supervisor/manager. Able to work and understand computerized register.
Position includes 8-hour day and evening shift, weekends and holidays.
